The term abstract is ambiguous and unstable in my view. Visual abstraction is related to what you don't understand or doesn't have a name, that interests me. But at the same time I don't see anything I do as abstract, since all my images come directly from another image taken from the internet, a book, or by looking directly at an object or landscape.
